| First
Stop supplied all building materials for the recent state-of-the-art
building project at Buckreddan Care Centre. The
significant new-build created spacious living rooms for 66 residents
while the number of people living in the current facilities, which
are also set to be fully refurbished, will be reduced to 55 creating
more space for relaxation and leisure activities. The new building
is carefully designed to ensure it measures up to Care Commission
standards and includes a fully equipped training room.
The
second phase will see an additional 32 rooms being provided.
Each
new room has a beautiful bay window with a private sitting area,
offering residents and their family’s privacy in a comfortable
and homely setting.
In
addition there are 11 lounges (two smoking) and a communal dining
area where residents will have the chance to chat and meet new
friends.
